Card for the Child Artist.

Today's card was a bit of an experiment. I bought a scrapbook kit some years ago and in the kit were these green frames tied up with green organza ribbon.
I hated them so much,  I threw them all in a bag hoping I would find somebody that would like them and take them off my hands. ( I really hate throwing anything out )

The last three days  I have been trying to sort out my craft room and I came across these things lurking in the back of a cupboard.

I had not long finished colouring the little girl image in the centre of this card, so she was sat on my desk when I dumped the frames on there.
It didn't take long for me to realize that one of the frames I hated so much,  might look good as a frame for her.
So  the sorting, cleaning and tidying went on hold while I experimented. I don't think it looks too bad at all.   What do you think?
The image is a stamp I bought from the" Farnborough  Make It Show" a few years ago and     coloured with copic markers. The spotty paper is from Stampin' up.
