I received a new dandelion stamp for my birthday. It's lovely from Lavinia stamps. It is so delicate I can't stop playing with it. I ve made about eight cards using it. All on similar line to these two so I won't bore you with all of them. I was also given some cash for my birthday, so I bought a few more stamps from Lavinia stamps. The sentiment on this card reads "Some see a weed other see a wish". I am definitely in the see a wish camp, but I think Hubby is in the see a weed camp. He really didn't get the message at all. I combined the two new stamps with my old hare and tiny plant stamps to create this card.
I used blending brushes to create the colourful background, then splattered bleach over the top.
I blotted the bleach off after a few seconds and allowed the card to dry before stamping the images in Versafine Clair.
I dotted on some stickles glitter here and there for a little sparkle.
