LOTV Cards

I coloured this image and then got ink on the upper part of the card which meant I couldn't use the image as it was, so my idea was to cut off the top section completely and stick it on a new background. I think this  works well.  I call this a happy accident card.  I didn't cut out the section between the tripod and the photographer I cheated and coloured the section in with a Copic marker... Luckily I had one that matched the card. I liked the effect so much I decided to see if it works other images.
I heat embossed the sentiments in white in these cards.
Another LOTV  digital  stamp. I really like the cuteness of these images and yes I think this half cut technique works with this image too.

I think this one would have worked better if  I had cut it  further down.
And back to my old style for this one.

Hubby's card this year.

This  simple  7x 5  card was created using a LOTV digital stamp which I coloured using Copic markers. This was Hubby's card this year. The sentiment is from a retired stamp set called Age Awareness stamp set.
