I'm resurrecting an oldie but a goody for this year's Easter treat packaging, but this time I 've decorated them with the stamped image from the Easter Friends stamp set rather than punch art rabbits.
To make this you'll need:
A piece of white card 4 1/2 inches by 10 1/2 inches.
A piece of spring coloured card 4 by 4 inches
A second piece of coloured card 4 inches by 3/4 of an inch.
Basic white card 4 inches by 2 inches for stamping.
2 circle dies, one slightly smaller than the other,

A regular hole punch and approximately18 inches of ribbon.
Taking the large piece of white card, on the long edge score across the card at, 4 1/4 inches , 4 3/4 inches, 5 1/4 inches, and at 9 1/2 inches.
Fold the middle of the three score lines, then fold the two outer score lines in the opposite direction to create an accordion fold.
On the side without the flap, cut an aperture using the smaller of the circle dies, approximately 3/4 of an inch from the first score line. Before you cut the aperture double check the flap isn't going to cover the aperture when closed.
Place the larger die over the drawn circle and die cut the circle.
Adhere the small piece of coloured card to the top flap.
Stamp the chick three times in a straight line. Colour the chicks.
Drawn a line across the card just above the chicks claws.
Cut the chicks out above the line but not below.
Colour the space between each chicks legs the same colour as your background card. This will save you cutting out this section and retain what little strength there is in the legs.
Using a blending brush or a dauber brush and a little crumb cake ink over the base to tone down the white. Then trim the base down to about 1/4 of an inch deep.
Using a regular hole punch, punch two holes through all three layers at the top of the treat holder. Make a note of how much of the chicks will overlap the aperture . Apply glue to the parts of the chicks that don't overlap the aperture. You don't want the chicks to be adhered to the cello bag.
Adhere the chicks to the bottom of the treat holder.
Fold over the top of a 4 inch wide cellophane bag and punch two holes.
Fill the bag with treats.
Thread the ribbon through the back , through the cello bag the front and finally through the holes in the flap and tie a bow .
