Another Double Tower Card.

These cards are very easy to make and just a little bit different.
But best of all they fold flat to fit in a standard 7x5 inch envelope.

Here's brief description on how I made this card

Card a piece of  A4 card down to 9 inches by 7 inches.

Place on score board and along the long side score at 1 ...2..3..6..7..and 8 inches.

Fold on the 2  and the 7 inches.

DO NOT fold lines 3 and 6.
Turn the card around on the score board so the folded edge is running along the top of the scoreboard.
Now you have a couple of options you can mark every half inch with a pencil or with a ball tool and mark every half inch with either a score line or a pencil mark.

Score down to the score line 1 inch below the folded edge.
Cut along every half inch line to the score line.
I have used a pen to to mark these line so the lines show up better in the photos.

DO NOT cut passed the long score lines.

Then fold the outer  panel outwards so it covers the cuts. (Accordion style fold)

Use a bone folder to to burnish  the folds.

Open up the folds and push every other strip backwards or forwards  depending on which way you  hold the card.

Then press the card flat.
Use a bone folder to  get those crisp, sharp folds.

Repeat these instructions on the other side to complete this Double Tower Card.

Then decorate with pretty papers and a large sentiment or however you want.
Just don't put too much weight on the front panel or it won't stand.
