Mounting your stamps by Stampin' Up!

Thought I would post these instructions created by Stampin' up ! to help you  in mounting your stamps as the instruction books are no longer available.

 Easy Two-Step Stampin’up

There’s no need to realign the imaging sheet of the Stamp-a-ma-jig each time you stamp--just use the corner of the Stamp-a-ma-jig to guide you. This method is perfect for Two-Step Stampin’ sets, but you may like it so much that you use it with all your stamps!

Step 1

Mount the first Two-Step Stampin’ stamp on wood block as desired.

Step 2

Line up a corner of your Stamp-a-ma-jig imaging sheet with your Stamp-a-ma-jig, and stamp the image in the corner of the sheet. Mark the corner of the wood block that was lined up with the Stamp-a-ma-jig.

Step 3

Remove the backing from the rubber portion of the second Two-Step Stampin’ stamp, hold by the edges, and line it up exactly over the stamped image on the imaging sheet with the sticky side up. You may need to pick up the imaging sheet to see that the image is aligned properly.

Step 4

Line up the wood block for your second stamp with the Stamp-a-ma-jig, and press down to mount the stamp.

Now you have perfect placement of both of your Two-Step Stampin’ stamps, which will allow you to quickly and accurately create lovely Two-Step Stampin’ images.
